KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 3 (Bernama) -- The Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) announced that medical practitioners who submitted complete applications for the 2026 Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) before or on Dec 31 but have not yet received their APC certificate are permitted to practice without any action being taken.
