A Delhi court has sent Dr Bilal Naseer Malla to judicial custody for 13 days. Malla is an accused in the November 10 Red Fort blast case. The National Investigation Agency produced him in court. He was arrested on December 9. The NIA considers him a key conspirator. He allegedly provided logistical support to the suicide bomber.
