KOTA BHARU, Jan 3 (Bernama) -- The Department of Irrigation and Drainage (DID) has issued an early flood forecast for Kelantan following the Continuous Rain Warning (Alert) issued today by the Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia).
