MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Health (DOH) will deploy around 200 health emergency responders for the Feast of the Black Nazarene procession on January 9. “At the event itself during the feast on Friday, we will have 200 health emergency response team members of the DOH deployed,” DOH spokesperson and Assistant Secretary Albert Domingo said in Filipino in a radio interview on Sunday.
