On Sunday at 3:08 a.m. EST a winter weather advisory was issued by the National Weather Service valid from 9 p.m. EST until Monday 10 a.m. EST for Presque Isle, Montmorency, Alpena, Oscoda, Alcona, Ogemaw, Iosco, Gladwin and Arenac counties.
