AL.com 15-year-old charged in robbery, killing of Birmingham man in city’s first 2026 homicide
The teen is charged with capital murder during a robbery and certain persons forbidden to possess a firearm. Two other suspects remain held pending formal charges, Sgt. LaQuitta Wade said Sunday.
