Supreme Court of India signs MoU with Bhutan apex court for exchange of law clerks, says CJI Surya Kant

The Supreme Court of India has partnered with Bhutan's apex court. This collaboration will bring two young Bhutanese law clerks to India for three months. They will receive the same pay as Indian clerks. The Supreme Court will cover their travel costs. This initiative aims to boost judicial cooperation and strengthen ties between the two nations.
