Son of a former Union minister and incumbent BJP MLA, Balwant Singh, has been booked in a hit-and-run case in Raipur. His car allegedly rammed into a motorcycle, seriously injuring the rider, a disc jockey. The accused fled the scene, and an FIR has been registered against him.
