ISLAMABAD: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar received the Ambassador of Iran, Amiri Moghaddam, on Tuesday. The Ambassador conveyed new year greetings from FM Abbas Araghchi and delivered a letter from the Iranian Foreign Minister to the Deputy Prime Minister. Dar warmly reciprocated the greetings. According to a Foreign Ministry’s statement, Dar was briefed on progress made under various bilateral institutional mechanisms to strengthen cooperation between Pakistan and Iran across diverse areas.
