KARACHI: The Sindh Ombudsman Office has released its performance report for the year 2025, stating that last year more than 25,000 public complaints related to government departments were received. More than 12,000 public complaints were decided. While more than 7,000 complaints were dismissed after initial scrutiny. More than 2,500 public complaints were resolved informally, Sindh Ombudsman, Muhammad Sohail Rajput commented that in the year 2024, his office had received more than 9,000 complaints.
