MANILA, Philippines — As part of the Land Transportation Office’s (LTO) support to riders who use the two-wheeled vehicles for livelihood, the agency will no longer collect P100 for the registration of custom-made top boxes and saddle bags used for motorcycles. Markus Lacanilao, LTO chief, had signed a memorandum removing the P100 registration fee required for every top box or saddle bag attached to motorcycles.
