Female thief strikes at Bacolor, Pampanga church

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga—A female suspect stole several accessories of the images of the Señor Jesus Nazareno and Santa Marta that the faithful venerate in the half-sunken San Guillermo Parish in Bacolor, a Pampanga town entombed by a series of lahar flows after Mt.
