Avelo Airlines is making significant network changes. The airline is closing its base at Wilmington International Airport and exiting Phoenix Mesa Gateway and Raleigh-Durham airports. This comes as Avelo plans to open a new base at McKinney National Airport in Texas by the end of 2026. The company is also downsizing its fleet.
