CEBU CITY, Philippines — A longtime devotee of the Child Jesus, Charlie Bayking makes it a point every January to set aside time and resources to fly from his hometown of General Santos City to Cebu. This year, however, will be different. For the first time, Bayking joined the Walk with Jesus, the solemn procession that traditionally ushers in the month-long celebration of the Fiesta Señor.
