MANILA, Philippines — Three weather systems will bring rains over parts of the country on Thursday, according to the state weather bureau.  The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said that the northeast monsoon or amihan will prevail over a big portion of Luzon while the shear line or the convergence of winds from the northern and southern hemispheres will affect Southern Luzon.
