MANILA, Philippines — There was still no lava flow observed at the Mayon Volcano in Albay amid its continued intensified unrest under Alert Level 3, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) on Thursday.  “There is still no lava flow observed.
