MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. will fly to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on Monday, where he is expected to sign the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) and a Memorandum of Understanding on Defense Cooperation with the Middle Eastern country.
