CEBU CITY, Philippines — Police have filed murder charges against a 44-year-old man arrested for the fatal stabbing of a hospital employee inside a sari-sari store in Sibonga, southern Cebu, on Wednesday morning, January 7. They identified the stabbing victim as Christian Mendez Ferrer, a resident of Barangay Poblacion, Sibonga.
