ANGELES CITY, Pampanga — The Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) deployed on Thursday some 1,500 police officers to Manila to augment the law enforcers securing the Feast of the Black Nazarene or Traslacion on Friday, January 9. Brigadier General Ponce Rogelio Peñones Jr., Central Luzon police director, led the send-off ceremony at the parade ground of Camp Captain Julian Olivas in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
