A member of the legal team representing former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta has clarified that neither Ghana’s Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) nor the Attorney-General has contacted them regarding his detention in the United States. Speaking on The Pulse on JoyNews, lawyer Frank Davies said, “I don’t speak for government. I’m a lawyer. The OSP has not contacted us. The Office of the Attorney-General has also not contacted us. So, we can only, at this stage, speak to you now.”
