'Normal' returns to Belgium’s real estate market after pandemic shake-up (VIDEO)

A closer look at the property market reveals the huge fluctuations in house prices seen in recent years seem to be over. Estate agent’s ERA and Antwerp University have compiled their annual barometer, which shows that a house in Flanders is 3.7% more expensive than a year ago. Flats became 4.1% more expensive. These percentages are close to the long-term average. VRT's Tijs Mauroo reports.
