"A blizzard with wind gusts of up to 26.5 meters per second hit Vladivostok in Russia on Saturday. Footage shows locals trudging through the snow, while cars skid on the ice-covered roads. The Primorsky Department of Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring's press service reported that the city received a month's worth of precipitation in one day. Snowfall accompanied by strong north winds and ice prompted a storm warning in Vladivostok. The regional government reported that 130 pieces of special equipment are being used to deal with the aftermath of the storm."
