MANILA, Philippines — The North Luzon Expressway (NLEx) Corporation announced on Saturday that lane closures will be enforced at the area of NLEx Tulaoc Overpass in San Simon, Pampanga. The temporary closure is to give way to the demolition of the old Tulaoc overpass and the construction of the new Tulaoc overpass project of the Department of Public Works and Highways.
