VALENCIA CITY, BUKIDNON, Philippines — Authorities arrested on Saturday morning, January 10, the suspect in the gruesome killing of a 15-year-old Grade 9 student whose beheaded body was found in a sugarcane field in Sitio Sinait, Barangay Dagat-Kidavao here earlier this week.
