BAGUIO CITY — When Michael Cabangon heard that his son had passed the 2024 Bar examinations, he didn’t boast about titles, courtroom victories or prestige.  “My problem now is — I might not be able to tell him to wash the dishes,” the Cordillera labor leader told the Inquirer in jest.
