ISLAMABAD: At least six people died and nine were injured in gas cylinder blast at a house in Islamabad’s Sector G-7/2 on Sunday, according to Rescue 1122 sources. The sources said wedding guests were staying at the house, and the deceased included the bride, groom and mother of the groom. The injured had been taken to Pak­is­tan Institute of Medical Sciences (Pims) Hospital, the sources further stated, adding that four nearby houses were also damaged in the blast.
