A major groundbreaking event is taking place on Sunday for the New building of the Kollel of North Miami Beach. The Kollel has outgrown their current facility, and construction is expected to begin shortly. Many Roshei Yeshiva and Rabbonim flew in from the NY/NJ area for this historic event.
