Genesis, the independent luxury brand of Hyundai Motor Group, on Monday launched an updated lineup of the G70 sedan, which includes a new performance-enhanced Graphite Edition trim, the automaker said. For refreshed G70 and G70 Shooting Brake trims, Genesis made the previous Comfort Package configuration standard, which includes a head-up display, driver's seat memory system and a power-adjustable steering wheel. The rear design was also refined by removing the lettering while leaving the Genesis brand emblem for a cleaner and more modern look. The newly introduced G70 Graphite Edition is equipped with a 3.3-liter turbocharged gasoline engine and emphasizes a sporty performance. It features exclusive sport-themed design elements, along with a wide range of convenience features. A Genesis official said the company has updated its G70 lineup to improve customer accessibility by offering improved standard features while keeping price increases at modest levels.
