MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) will rehabilitate the Maharlika Highway, the country’s longest road, this year, Public Works Secretary Vince Dizon said Monday. “This year, for the first time since the construction and completion of the Maharlika highway, there will be a massive rehabilitation starting this year,” Dizon said in a press conference.
