ISTANBUL, Jan 12 (Bernama-Anadolu) --  UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres urged Iranian authorities Sunday to exercise "maximum restraint" and avoid "unnecessary or disproportionate" force against protesters, Anadolu Ajansi reported.
