Negros Oriental police chief axed over cop’s bar shooting spree

MANILA, Philippines — The director of the Negros Oriental Provincial Police Office was relieved of his post after one of his personnel in Sibulan town killed three fellow officers and a female civilian while drinking at a restaurant-bar, the Philippine National Police (PNP) said Monday. “Behaviors like this are very unacceptable, especially when your judgment is impaired.
