CITY OF CALAPAN, Oriental Mindoro — The Land Transportation Office (LTO), in a statement on Monday ordered the issuance of a show cause order (SCO) against the driver and owner of a red pickup truck involved in a road accident that killed a child in Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro on Sunday.
