Frank Davies, a member of former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta’s legal team, has dismissed claims of an ongoing investigation into offshore dealings of his client’s activities outside the well-known SML case. Speaking on JoyNews, Davies said, “There is no such investigation to the best of my knowledge. And he himself is saying that it’s not complete. So if it’s not complete, what is this business of? If the Attorney General said he is investigating something, he should terminate the investigation and charge, and stop coming on the radio and doing what he’s doing. That is not the work of the Attorney General.”
