Tajikistan’s Ministry of Energy and Water Resources (MoEWR) has published a government resolution introducing new electricity tariffs that will take effect on February 1, 2026. Under the new rates, electricity prices for residential customers will rise by 6 dirams per kilowatt-hour. As a result, the tariff for residential consumers will increase from 35.38 to 41.37 dirams per kWh.
