The Supreme Court has adjourned by two weeks the hearing on Jagtar Singh Hawara's plea to transfer from Tihar Jail to a Punjab prison. Hawara, a Babbar Khalsa terrorist serving a life sentence for the 1995 assassination of former Punjab CM Beant Singh, argues for transfer to his home state.
