MANILA, Philippines — Parts of the country will experience cloudy and rainy weather due to the northeast monsoon (amihan) and the trough of a low-pressure area (LPA) in the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) on Wednesday, Jan. 14, the state weather bureau said.
