MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Transportation (DOTr) will adopt the Accessible Travel Policy (ATP) Guidelines to ensure accessibility for persons with disabilities (PWDs), senior citizens, and pregnant passengers in railways, the agency said on Wednesday. Following the orders of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., the DOTr will promote accessibility and inclusivity for commuters nationwide.
