MANILA, Philippines — The low-pressure area (LPA) inside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) has developed into Tropical Depression Ada on Wednesday morning, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said. Ada was last located 635 kilometers (km) east of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur as of 10 a.m. on Jan. 14, Pagasa noted in its latest tropical cyclone bulletin.
