MANILA, Philippines — Consumers will see lower transmission rates in their electric bills this month, the National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP) said Wednesday. In a media briefing, the overall average transmission rate for the December 2025 supply period fell by 0.68 percent to P1.3455 per kilowatt hour (kWh) from P1.3547 per kWh.
