A POSTMAN has been left baffled by a road layout he spotted on his rounds. Sim works for Royal Mail, and notices everything as he delivers his post and packages. And as he did so in Letchworth, Hertfordshire, he couldn't believe his eyes as he noticed a bizarre setup on one of his local routes....
