Amelia Ali, in the midst of a 'mental breakdown', killed her grandmother after being taken to her home by police. Officers removed the 40-year-old from a supported living facility after staff said they felt unsafe. Ms Ali has now admitted manslaughter on the grounds of diminished responsibility, but questions remain in the tragic case. Why wasn't she taken somewhere else?
