MANILA, Philippines — The Marcos administration is again reviving the supposedly shelved plan to review the current pension system of military and uniformed personnel (MUP), which economic managers have criticized to be fiscally unsustainable. Acting Budget Secretary Rolando Toledo on Wednesday said the economic team is currently studying a new pension reform recommendation in compliance with President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s Executive Order No. 107.
