LEGAZPI CITY – The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) in Sorsogon suspended all watercraft and vessel operations in the province on Thursday due to the effects of Tropical Depression Ada. In an advisory issued Wednesday night, PCG Sorsogon Commander Lt.
