DOHA, Jan 15 (Bernama-QNA) -- Qatar has expressed hope that the start of the second phase of the ceasefire agreement in Gaza will help stabilise the situation and address the deteriorating humanitarian conditions in the territory, Qatar News Agency (QNA) reported.
