An ex-police officer wanted for two counts of murder and who has been in hiding for over a year, was arrested by the joint forces of the Bulacan, Navotas, and Cavite police in Brgy. Tres Cruces, Tanza, Cavite, at around 3:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 14.
