DAGUPAN CITY—The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) has imposed a ban on the harvesting, marketing, and consumption of shellfish in the towns of Bolinao and Anda in western Pangasinan after laboratory tests confirmed the presence of red tide toxins.
