MANILA, Philippines — Batangas Rep. Leandro Leviste is set to file libel charges against Palace Press Officer Clarissa Castro over statements that Leviste sold his companies without a congressional franchise. He told radio dzBB that he is suing Castro before the Balayan Regional Trial Court for claiming that he sold his interests in Solar Philippines Project Corporation. This comes after the Department of Energy slapped a P24 billion fine on Leviste's companies after it failed to deliver its commitments to the government
