MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Justice (DOJ) issued a subpoena against Bagong Alyansang Makabayan (Bayan) President Renato Reyes over sedition charges linked to the Sept. 21 protest. The DOJ subpoena stems from cases filed by Lt. Col. Jonathan Estrada of the Philippine National Police (PNP), according to a document Reyes shared on Friday.
