MANILA, Philippines — Three more police officers were arrested in connection with the disappearance of cockfighting aficionados, or sabungeros, the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group–National Capital Region (CIDG-NCR) said on Friday. The three officers — who were already under restrictive custody at Camp Crame — were served arrest warrants issued by the Lipa City, Batangas Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 13, CIDG-NCR chief Col.
