Cate Blanchett to return in ‘How to Train Your Dragon 2’ live-action

Cate Blanchett is set to reprise her role as Valka, Hiccup’s long-lost mother, in Universal Pictures’ upcoming live-action adaptation of “How to Train Your Dragon 2.”  The Hollywood Reporter reported on Thursday, Jan. 15, that Blanchett has secured a deal to reprise her role as the Viking warrior.
